When constructing a performance evaluation system that is based on KPIs used, the information infrastructure should then reflect the details and information that should be monitored for the roles they plan in operations. Furthermore, when devising the framework, a lot of aspects should be considered, which should include the goals and plans of the company, employee requirements, the facilitation and implementation of procedures, as well as the methods of assessing output quality. The framework should be constructed in such a way that it is easy to identify the relevant indicators. Thus, it is likewise essential to come up with intelligent KPIs so that the purpose of integrating KPIs would not be defeated in the first place. To do this, it is better to use KPI software or KPI models so that the metrics used are aptly measured and analyzed. Having sophisticated technology will pave the way for companies to establish a framework that is more efficient in nature.
