Key risk indicators can be defined as the parameters which can measure the risks involved in anything which is to be done. They are like an activity which gives indication for any kind of harmful consequences in advance. If you are to present in front of your class mates or your colleagues in office then you must keep proper track of these key risk indicators. We will be discussing some important presentation KRI in the following article. Whenever it comes to present yourself in front of people, you feel like moving back. But you are not alone in this regard. One should keep this in mind that presenting in front of people is the quickest, most efficient way to market your self and to convey your message. Use of key risk indicators is to make a road map of expected reasons of failure of your presentation and then to omit them from your personality. Now we move to the topic of our article that is presentation KRI. First risk indicator can be ignorance about the audience. When one is not aware of what type audience he will be facing then how can he present efficiently? For example if your audience is average people who are not that much literate then you can prepare an average presentation. But in case there will be scholars in your audience then you will be bound to present according to their taste. So, first factor that must be looked after is, to have a clear picture about the type of your audience. Information which can be gathered in this regard is like the average age of your audience, gender of addressees etc. Then comes a question that will it be appropriate to memorize your presentation or not? Then I must say it will be a flop idea to memorize your presentation. It would be more than enough to memorize only opening and closing of the presentation. Your eye contact with your audience will create a huge difference. It will make them feel as if you are personally talking to them. Keep as much eye contact as you can. It will be better to make note cards for you so that if you miss any point a glance at those cards can regain your memory. Most important is to grab the attention of your listeners from the very beginning. For this you must start very powerfully. You can start with a question like "Have you ever been through a situation in which………..?" After this your focus should be on making your presentation memorable for every one. It is very easy to do. You can do so by saying "The most important thing to remember is ….". Another important point is that you must be careful about pauses in your presentation. It should be really obvious when your sentence starts and when it ends. It will give time to audience to digest your information as well. Make your audience participate in your presentation. Involve them in presentation by throwing questions on them. As mentioned earlier opening and closing should be very attractive. So provoke them to make some action. For example "don't you think you can also be a part of the campaign?" and that's all you need to deliver a perfect presentation If you are interested in Presentation KRI, check this link to find out more about Presentation.
