This then leads to the third step of aligning each department's core process with the overall objectives identified by the business. In order to achieve overall success for the business, it is important that each department should correspond to the objectives of the company.

The fourth step involves producing a scorecard measure for every department. In line with the third step, it will also help the business know how each department can do its share in contributing to the success of the business. This is also the same task as with the fifth step in the implementation of the BSC. Monitoring each department's scorecard achievement is necessary to determine whether or not the business is actually headed someplace.

Lastly, a scorecard achievement report must be created for every department. It should then be submitted to the executive management of the business so that they can know how best to act regarding the matter.

Having a BSC strategy implemented for your business will definitely be worth it for any business. If you would like your business to grow and maintain its success, you too should have a BSC. This will allow you to keep in track of your business for every department in the business which contributes to the totality of the corporation.
