The second one which is the monetary compensation is of course various rewards that are related to cash. On the other hand, the non-monetary rewards are those that can enhance and develop the motivational level of your employees without the use of cash to attract them. These include metrics such as hygiene and recreational utilities, family welfare programs and many others. Lastly, we have the intrinsic factors which are motivation indicators that include the challenges, competition, recognition and control. These are the natural factors that are utilized in order to judge the motivation of the workers. Now, once you have classified the motivation indicators into these four categories, it will be easy for you to have the key performance indicators that you would like to exploit. If you are a beginner in using such indicators and you think that there are some employee motivation KPIs that do not seem to work, you can always update and replace them to further support your method of keeping track of your employees effectively.
