With regards to your organizational goals, they need to serve purpose to the four basic functions such as providing direction and guidance, facilitate the planning stage, inspire and motivate employees, and even help organizations to control and evaluate the performance of each individual involved. The goals you implement for your organization should give each of your employees an idea as to where the organization is going and how you intend the organization to achieve the goal. The reason why you need to share it with your employees is because they can always refer to this when they need guidance in what they are doing. Since goals are able to promote planning, they are able to give assurance as to how goals can be achieved. Your strategy goals can help your employees satisfy their needs. Aside from making your organization achieve its objectives, you can also increase and motivate the performance of your employees.
