Based upon the data that have been collected by the employees or those who are assigned for the said procedure, the managers will be able to make a decision addressing dissimilar problem areas in the entire company. There are quite a number of institutions that even represent their business strategy through the use of the strategy map wherein they show the cause and effect patter of the objectives towards the activities that they are grouped with.

When it comes to data management, it should be understood that companies should have a division that will deal with such process. Meanwhile, with the help o combining different business strategies, the data that have been collected will remain secure. Data security is another important aspect that should be taken into account as it is quite valuable when performing data management alignment.
