The last idea talks about the substitute product that potential costumer's might use in place of our product.

SWOT analysis refers to the systematic study of all the risks, threats, weaknesses and strengths that are part of analysis. In a SWOT analysis, strength and weakness part has more to do with individuals or organizations capability. It helps the organization to understand about itself and gives an all compassing view of the inside of the organization. Once the strengths and weaknesses are identified then comes the next step of looking towards the external problems such as opportunities and threats that are involved in a certain situation. A complete SWOT analysis enables an organization to take the most rational and understandable step in any circumstance or under any condition.
