The data that you will obtain here can be used to become aware regarding the efforts for staff retention, revision and such. In addition, it can be utilized to determine whether the staff understands the mission, procedures and policies of the company. You should also measure the skills, experiences, training, interests and the educational level and achievements of your workers. With such information, you will be able to determine what your staff is composed of as well as enabling you to identify the staffing needs with regards to education, training and experience. Plus, you can determine the suitability of the position that they are in and provide supervision or assistance to those who need it.
