When applying the KRI to your weight loss program, you will be able to discern if what you are doing is right for you. These are the Activity Evaluation perspective, Planning perspective, Effectiveness perspective and Diet Chart and Routine Patterns. In the first perspective which is the activity evaluation, you can have here the number of steps or the techniques that you have used in order to lose weight. In addition to that, you can also choose to use the percentage of achievement from the beginning of the weight loss treatment period, the total average of improvement in different parameters to measure the progress and the actual weight that you would like to lose. The weight loss KRI in this perspective will enable you to determine whether your goal for losing weight is achievable or not. If it is not, this could be detrimental for your health since you will be pushing yourself too hard.

As you can see, the weight loss KRI is indeed a great help for those who would like to be lean and sexy while keeping themselves healthy. This is why health KRI is very much needed for personal use when keeping track of the risks posed by their weight loss activity.
