In every business, the customers or the clients are among the most important assets, which is why managers search for ways in order to keep them loyal. An organization should be able to adopt new or even existing strategies in order to manipulate those factors. With this knowledge, you will be able to determine what their requirements are and thus, you can make decisions according to their preferences. First is about the religion of your purchasers. In your area, there will always be a dominant religion. You might not be aware of this but religion has an influence on the way your customers purchase as well as the products or services that they intend to buy. This is because if their religious group does not support a particular product, they will most likely ignore the goods available for them and choose the ones that are supported by their faith.

You should also take a look at the way they react towards foreign services or products. There are some companies that only support local products and thus foreign ones do not succeed. If you want to break into the international market, you should know how they would act in response to the products you offer. In line with this, you should also consider the impact of language upon the distribution of your products.

The available leisure time of the purchasers also have an effect to their purchasing power in addition to the roles that women and men play in their society. If most of the people within the community are quite busy, they will not have enough time to go shopping or buy any of your products. Other factors that you should consider include the longevity of residents, the prosperity of the people and also their belief and opinions regarding green or environmental issues. With the PEST or STEP strategic management analysis on the customers, you will be able to create products that your target purchasers will buy.
