Nevertheless, there are four classifications of public house KPIs that you can utilize to correctly gauge the progress of your business in accordance to the goals that have been established by your company. The first of the four categories is the inn indicator for staff and employment. The key performance indicators that you can exploit here are wage cost percentage and total labor cost percentage. The second is with regards to the processes or activities held within your inn. If there are bars or restaurants on site, it is only right that you measure their sales capability and their output. Among the things that you should not take for granted in this aspect are the food cost percentage and the total cost of food. The total food costs on the other hand show the food bill that you have expended on the ingredients and other necessities in the kitchen. Of course, there is the financial perspective which will provide you with the details of how well money is flowing through your business. Public house KPIs here include average profit percentage on sales and sales per product. Lastly, it is all about the customers.
