Motivation should always come with rewards or recognitions so that your workers will appreciate your motivation efforts more. Other areas include initiative, teamwork, skills in solving problems, work motivation, better response to conflicts and work stress.

The motivation KPI will tell you what will motivate your employees and what will turn them off. This way, it will be much clearer for you to understand what needs to be done when it comes to inspiring your employees to do their job.
