This way, all would be provided for the employees to develop their skills, abilities, talents, and their sense of confidence and competence. If there is good supervision in the workplace, then there would be more employees promoted to higher and better positions. Efficient supervision and leadership should not end merely on the table of the supervisor. Rather, supervision skills should be exhibited amongst all members of the workforce as well as with other supervisors in the enterprise. The underlying concept to remember here is collaboration.
