This will give you an idea as to what you want to monitor and from here you will be able to develop the performance indicators. Then you will now collect the data for your quality assessment. You should only choose and implement methods that are appropriate for your organization in terms of data collection. There are actually various ways to perform this such as through direct observation, customer interviews and questioning the employees.

Now, you can use the information and the outcomes. Again you have different methods here like tabulating the results. This will help you analyze the information you have come up with. Interpret them and make sure that you have reliable data storage and a system for retrieval. Lastly, you can disseminate the information.
