Your target here is to be able to surpass the average scale of the customer's response to the services that you provide for them. There are four stages in designing indicators which is known as the ADRI process. This stands for Approach, Deployment, Results and Improvement. You should not forget that even if you have already created your KPI set, you should not stop right there. You can still improve and develop it. The business world is fast paced right now and for you to be able to keep up with it, you should deal with change. As you do this, you should neglect your key performance indicators.
