After all, this is the official period or time duration when your employees are at their highest potential, their most productive even. During this time, your employees are very much capable of producing everything that is highly expected of them. You see, small conversations in the workplace are quite inevitable and when your employees do engage in such conversations, this means they are not being productive. Thus, this is one metric you should look into. Staff ratio is also another metric you should include. Companies do not really want to be hiring new employees all of the time. As much as possible, companies promote internal growth for their employees. Instead of hiring outsiders for higher positions, why not go for the ones working for the company already? Thus, you need to make sure that your employees are all healthy and contented with the tasks and responsibilities that come with their jobs. These are just some of the metrics to keep in mind.
